4. Permissions & Consents

  • You are responsible for planning permissions, landlord consents, and any restrictive covenants unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
  • Grid connection and export are subject to DNO approval. We will submit required notifications/assents where included in our scope.

5. Variations & Extras

Any change to specification, location, cable routes, making good, civils, or additional works will be priced and agreed in writing as a variation.

6. Delivery, Risk & Title

Risk in Goods passes on delivery to the Site. Title remains with us until payment is received in full. You must not sell or charge the Goods before title transfers.

We will test and commission systems and provide handover documentation (manuals, certificates, logins) where applicable.

9. Performance & Savings

We do not guarantee energy prices, export rates, or third-party programme revenues. Claimed savings are illustrative. Battery and heat-pump performance depends on operating conditions.

10. Maintenance & Software

Regular servicing may be required to maintain warranties and performance. Smart apps/cloud services are provided by third parties; availability is outside our control.

11. Your Obligations

  • Businesses: No cancellation without our written consent; cancellation charges may apply.

13. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability under the Contract is limited to the price paid for the relevant Goods/Services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays/failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, supply chain issues, strikes, utility/DNO actions).
